| Q: | How can we reach your Head office |
| A: | Our head office is in Pune. Assuming you travel from Mumbai, we will advise you to take the express way where after the last toll exit proceed towards Akurdi Junction. From this junction we are situated 500 meters on the right hand side. In any circumstances, the person who is delegated to co-ordinate with you will take extra care for guiding you depending on the mode of travel plan. |

| A: | Yes, we do manufacture custom built gearboxes as per the customer design and drawings. |

| Q: | What is your service response time for Indian and international clients ? |
| A: | We are committed to provide service to our Indian customers within 48hours. For international clients, the response time is subjected to the nature of service and should not take more than two weeks (depending on the visa processing time) to attend. Our international representatives will attend to the queries in the event they are of minor proportions, but for major concerns, experts from India is deputed which requires some time for essential formalities to get completed. In between, we try to understand the nature of concern and evaluate the possible measures so that the technical expert attending has a sound idea of the concern. |
